3. No offer or advice

Content on this website is general information about compulsory stock obligations and our services, and no rights may be derived from it. It is not an offer, a price quotation, or legal, tax or regulatory advice. Any brokerage engagement is governed solely by a separate written agreement.

4. Accuracy

We aim to keep the information on this website current, but please note that rules differ between EU member states and change over time. We do not guarantee that everything on this website is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.

5. Intellectual property

Privacy notice

1. Controller

Nexero Trading & Operations B.V. (KvK 42153937) (“Nexero”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is the controller of personal data collected through this website, under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Contact: desk@nexero.co.

2. What we collect

Enquiry formName, company, work email, the type of party you are, and your message.
Market notesYour email address, and when you gave and confirmed your consent.
WhatsApp or phoneAny (personal) data you choose to share when you contact us directly.
Security checksThe IP address of a device that sends one of our forms or opens a link in our confirmation email.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

Enquiries are processed to respond to you and to take steps before entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and will be collected and filed based on our legitimate interest to run our brokerage business (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For the purpose of sending market notes, your email address is processed only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you confirm through a link we email you and can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link or by emailing us (desk@nexero.co). Security checks protect our forms against abuse and make sure that a subscription is confirmed by a person, not by an automated email scanner; this is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept to the extent necessary and for as long as Dutch law requires, currently seven years for financial administration. Newsletter addresses are deleted within one day after you unsubscribe. Unconfirmed sign-ups are never added to the list. IP addresses used for security checks are used for one day and then deleted automatically.

5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers acting on our instructions, such as Amazon Web Services (website hosting, email delivery and spam protection on our forms) and Microsoft 365 (our email), under data processing agreements. Where an engagement requires it, we share relevant details with counterparties and national stockholding agencies (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR). We never sell personal data.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

We aim to keep data within the European Economic Area (EEA). If a provider processes data elsewhere, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format. You can object to processing of your personal data where this is based on legitimate interest (in which case we may continue processing where we have compelling legitimate grounds or where it is necessary for legal claims), and withdraw consent at any time. We respond as soon as reasonably possible, but ultimately within one month.

8. Complaints

If you have concerns about our processing, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or a competent authority in another EU member state.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to persons who need it for legitimate business purposes and who are subject to confidentiality obligations.

Cookie policy

This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Strictly necessary storage

Our host may set technical cookies needed to deliver the page securely. When you send a form, the security check stores a token in a cookie named aws-waf-token, which shows that the check was passed and expires after a few minutes. These are exempt from consent under the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Art. 11.7a) and contain no information used to identify you.

Third-party content

Web fonts are hosted on our own servers; no request is made to a font service. The forms use a security check from Amazon Web Services (AWS WAF CAPTCHA) to tell people from bots; it is used only for that purpose. Links to WhatsApp or EUR-Lex take you to sites with their own cookie policies.

If this changes

If we add any cookie that requires consent, we will ask before setting it and update this policy.
